  • Processing Time: All items are handmade and custom-designed. Orders are typically processed within 7–10 business days. During peak seasons or for bulk orders, processing times may extend. You will be notified if delays occur.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the package.
  • Carriers: We use trusted shipping partners like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure timely delivery.
  • Delivery Times:
    • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after processing.
    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you encounter an issue with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines:

  • Custom and Personalized Items: Due to the nature of our products, custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item is damaged during shipping or has a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include pictures of the item and packaging for verification. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
  • Conditions for Return: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received to be eligible for a return.
